Viewing Captured Call Signatures
For auditing and regulatory compliance, sample admin users can view electronic signatures captured on the call report from Rep Roster records. This enables the sample admin to review all call signatures captured, by user. Once users have submitted a call report, they cannot view captured signatures.
Validation Disclaimer
This feature is released without validation. Call Sampling requires enablement and does not affect other Vault CRM functionality. Call Sampling features were extensively tested by our QA team during the development and release process and will go through validation at a later date.

Configuring Viewing Captured Signatures for

To configure this feature:

Ensure Configuring Call Sampling is complete.

Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets.

Select the appropriate permission set.

Select the Objects tab.

Grant the following permissions:

- call_date__v
- name__v
- ownerid__v
- signature__v
- signature_date__v
Read rep_roster__v R n/a n/a n/a user__sys R n/a n/a n/a -
Grant Execute permission for the view_call_signatures__v action on the rep_roster__v object.
Using Viewing Captured Signatures as

To view captured electronic signatures for call sampling, select the View Call Signatures action from the More Actions menu on a Rep Roster record.
The 50 most recent signatures display in the View Signatures modal. Users can search by signature date.
To generate a printable signature list, select Print.
